We have a farm in the French area of Switzerland with orchards, holiday apartments, and a distillery. In addition to cherries, mirabelle plums, quinces, plums, and nuts, the conservation of precious ancient varieties of fruits is a project that we hold near and dear to us. For generations, we have been cultivating the rare green plum and several ancient fruit and pear varieties originating from the cultures of past centuries, such as Rambur and Kaiser Wilhelm apples and sweet pears, in our traditional orchards. For our catering, we produce excellent fine spirits and liqueurs, as well as homemade juices and jams, from our own aromatic fruits.
